Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

WE CURRENTLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.

SHIPPING POLICY AND PROCESSING TIME:

  • We ship within the contiguous United States, HI, PR, and AK, including APO and PO Boxes. Please allow extra time in transit for non-contiguous U.S. addresses. 

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Tracking notifications will be sent when the order is processed. Upon receipt of tracking, please allow 48 hours for the carrier to update the shipment’s status. Note: Additional time may be needed for Alaska and Hawaii destinations.

  • Time in transit estimates do not include processing time. Time in transit begins once the package is handed to the carrier.

Time In Transit (excluding holidays and weekends):

  • Standard Ground: 3-8 Business Days

  • 2-Day: 2 Business Days (by end of day)

International Shipping

For international interest, kindly contact us at hello@lumulen.com for a quote on duties & taxes + shipping. We typically ship international packages via UPS Worldwide.  Transit times may vary depending on location, time of year, and local postal service. Shipments should arrive within 4-8 business days after receiving tracking details.

International packages may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees that are calculated by the destination country. Kindly note, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred. At times, international packages may experience a delivery delay due to customs clearance. Our lumulen team does not have the ability to expedite clearing shipments at customs.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION 

  • lumulen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is picked up and scanned by the carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the carrier for missing packages, stolen packages, deliveries to be held for pickup, or for address change requests.

  • We kindly ask the customer to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery or selecting ‘signature required’ option for added security.

RETURNS POLICY:

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used items cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged in transit with photographic proof documenting the damage and receipt of your claim within 7 days of delivery.

On all unused products, we will grant a full refund of your purchase, less shipping and handling fees within 10 days of receiving your purchase. To ensure the safety of your returned item, we request shipping the merchandise back using its original packaging. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Upon receipt of your return, we will request a refund with the payment processor within 1-2 business days.
